Your solutions consultant will work closely with you in a series of discovery sessions to fully quantify your needs and develop the following:
- a vision for your solution
- a joint evaluation plan
- a business justification
- a specific proposal or agreement
Once your TouchPoint solution is fully defined and agreed upon, your solutions consultant will continue to be involved to support the professional services team that will perform the actual implementation.
